The University of Minnesota’s China Center hosted the first training delegation of 2014, a nine-member delegation from Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) International Aero-Development Corporation from February 10 -14, 2014. The delegation participated in a training program focused on strategic planning and leadership development. The program was a custom-designed program developed by the China Center’s Mingda Institute for Leadership Training.
During their visit, the delegation attended a series of lectures by Carlson School of Management faculty members. The group also visited 3M in the Twin Cities and Cirrus Aircraft in Duluth.
