The Mingda Institute of Leadership Training hosted nine scholars from Tianjin Medical University, a prestigious medical university included in the Chinese government’s “Project 211″ list. The nine medical doctors and professors attended a one-week Higher Education Leadership Development Program on the University of Minnesota campus from April 14 through April 20, 2013. They will be spending the subsequent two months studying at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. It was a snowy week, but they loved the juxtaposition of the snow and sunshine on the last day of the program.
