Arnold earned his bachelor degree from China Jilin University in 1999, master degree from University of Science and Technology of China in 2004. He received a master degree in Human Resource and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota in 2007.
Since graduation, he was Human Resources Director for Morgan Stanley, Human Resources Director for L’Oreal and Rewards Manager for Schneider Electric, respectively. Currently he works as Total Rewards Director APAC, Momentive (GE Silicone Legacy). He focuses on cross-cultural Human Resources Management in Asian and North America. Well-versed in Human Resource strategic initiatives with hands-on attitude, Arnold was involved and managed many global M&A integration and harmonization projects.
Arnold is the founding member of Society of Human Resources Executives in China. He also serves as Chief Secretary for the University of Minnesota Alumni Association Shanghai Chapter since 2008.
郭宏伟1999年于吉林大学本科毕业,2004年在中国科技大学硕士毕业,2007毕业于明尼苏达大学卡尔森管理学院人力资源与劳动关系专业。
毕业回国后,他先后担任任摩根士丹利人力资源总监、欧莱雅人力资源总监、施耐德电气薪酬经理等职位,现任迈图集团(原通用电气有机硅事业部)亚太区薪酬总监。郭宏伟专注于跨文化的人力资源管理,曾在中、美、法、日韩等国参与和管理的许多全球性的并购整合项目中的人力资源相关部分,积累了丰富的跨文化人力资源管理和薪酬管理经验。
郭宏伟是中国人力资源总监协会的创始人之一,同时担任明尼苏达大学上海校友会秘书长。
