Chin-chao Koh, from Kiangsu, received a bachelor’s degree from National Central University in 1948 and a master degree in forestry from the University of Minnesota in 1964.
Koh served as the president of Taiwan Agricultural Development Foundation. In 1990, Koh received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the University of Minnesota.

葛锦昭曾担任台湾财团法人农业发展基金会董事长。1990年，他获得明尼苏达大学颁发的杰出成就奖章。
