Lam Shui-Fong, received her doctoral degree in educational psychology from the University of Minnesota in 1994.
After graduation, Lam returned to Hong Kong and joined the School Psychology Program at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). She currently is the director of the Educational Psychology Program at HKU.
Lam has membership at American Psychology Association, Hong Kong Psychological Society, and an executive member of the International Institute of School Psychology.
Lam received Outstanding Teaching Award of the Faculty of Social Sciences (2012) and Outstanding Teaching Award of the Teaching Excellence Award Scheme (2012).
林瑞芳，1994年获得明尼苏达大学教育心理学博士学位。
毕业后，林瑞芳回到香港任职于香港大学心理学系。目前，她担任香港大学教育心理学系主任。
林瑞芳是美国心理学协会成员，香港心理学学会成员，以及国际教育心理学研究所执行成员。
林瑞芳曾获得数个奖章和荣誉，其中包括社会科学教授杰出教学奖（2012）和优异教学奖励计划杰出教学奖（2012）。
