Richard Lee 李文辉

Richard Man Fai Lee, from Hong Kong, graduated with honors from the undergraduate program with a BSB degree in 1977 after spending the first two years of undergraduate studies in Moorhead State University (MN). Lee remained at the Carlson School to graduate with high honors from the MBA program in 1979 with specialization in marketing.

After graduation, Lee returned to Hong Kong and began his career with the Estee Lauder companies in the Asia Pacific region. In 1983, he left Estee Lauder to return to his father’s company where he led the introduction of stereo equipment and air conditioning into the mainland China market.

In 1990s, Lee’s company The Woo Kee Hong Group partnered with Ferrari to sell the first Ferrari sports cars to the mainland China market. In 2006, he was honored with the “Commander of the Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity” by then Prime Minister Romano Prodi. He has also been deeply involved in being an Ambassador of Italian Culture to China by founding the Lanzhou University Italian Cultural Research Center and being a patron of Dante Alighieri Committee of Hong Kong.

李文辉,来自香港,1977年获得明尼苏达大学卡尔森学院学士学位,1979年获得工商管理硕士学位。

毕业后,李文辉回到香港并任职于亚太地区雅诗兰黛公司。1983年,他回到父亲的公司并面向中国大陆地区推广立体声音响和空调系统。

在90年代,李文辉的公司和记行集团与法拉利公司合作将第一批法拉利跑车推广到中国大陆市场。2006年,他被当时的意大利总理授予Commander of the Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity的称号。同时他还通过资助兰州大学意大利文化研究中心和香港Dante Alighieri委员会促进中国和意大利间的文化交流。
