Shih Yung Kwei, who was born in 1935, graduated from National Chengchi University in 1963 with both a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in journalism. In 1967, Shih received his second master’s degree in mass communication from the University of Minnesota.
After graduation, Shih worked for “Taiwan News” until 1975 when he transferred to “Taiwan Shin Sheng Daily News” as deputy proprietor and chief editor. The next year, Shih was promoted to be the publisher and proprietor. Later on, Shih worked for the Chinese Television System before serving as the general manager at Taiwan Television and Chinese Television. Since 1996, Shih has served as the chairman of the board for Chen Chung Book Ca. LTD.
In addition to his professional career, Shih also serves as chairman of the board for the “Chinese Islamic Cultural and Educational Foundation”, chief member of the Television Cultural Research Committee, board member of the Beautiful Taiwan Foundation, among other positions.
石永贵，1935年生于辽宁，1963年获得台湾政治大学法律学学士和新闻专业硕士。1967年获得明尼苏达大学大众传媒专业硕士。
毕业后，石永贵到台湾《新闻报》工作至1975年调任《新生报》副社长兼总编辑。次年，他升任《新生报》发行人兼社长。后来他任职于中华电视公司，继而任台湾电视公司和中国电视公司总经理。自1996，石永贵任正中书局董事长至今。
在工作岗位之外，石永贵还担任“中国回教文化教育基金会”董事长、电视文化研究委员会主任委员、美化环境基金会董事等。
