Sung Yun Wing graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1970 and earned his doctorate in economics from the University of Minnesota in 1979. Currently he is a professor in economics and focuses on economic integration of the Chinese economic area as well as trade and investment of Chinese economy at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he also works as associate director at Hong Kong Institute of Asian-Pacific Studies. With expertise in international trade and economic development, he served as Chairman of Hong Kong Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation during 2007 – 2012 and serves on the China Trade Committee of Hong Kong Trade Development Council since 2009.

宋恩荣1970年毕业于香港大学，1979年获得明尼苏达大学经济学博士。现任香港中文大学经济系教授，香港亚太研究所副所长，研究国际贸易与经济发展及中港台三地的投资贸易。2007-2012年期间，他担任太平洋合作香港委员会主席。自2009年起，他担任香港贸易发展委员会的中国贸易委员会成员。
2015年11月宋恩荣教授（左）在香港接受了明尼苏达大学校长凯勒（右）颁发的“明尼苏达大学杰出华裔校友奖”。
