Yvonne Cheung Ho 张敬文

B.S., Business Administration, 1976

Yvonne Cheung Ho graduated from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management in 1976. She just retired from the position of president and CEO of the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA) in June 2014. MEDA is an agency committed to the welfare of the minority business community.

Ho was appointed by former Governor Jesse Ventura (2000) to serve on a working group to address minority business issues in Minnesota. In 2002, she was named Minnesota Minority Small Business Advocate of the Year. She was also co-founder of the Emerging Market Alliance, a network comprised of organizations and individuals focusing on the importance of emerging markets in Minnesota.

In 2004, Ho received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the University of Minnesota.
