Simon Yong Hu received a master in businesss administration from the Carlson School of Management’s China Executive MBA program at the University of Minnesota in 2010.
Hu serves as the Managing Director of Greater China, Banner Engineering International Co., Ltd. He is one of the pioneers and senior practitioners of the sensor and automation industry in China, and has worked as a marketing manager and executive manager for several multinational organizations. In 2005, Hu joined the Banner Engineering International Co., Ltd. as the managing director of greater China. He led his team to achieve success both at home and abroad, while building up and promoting the brand of “American Banner” in the automation industry of Greater China, which resulted in rapid growth in the Chinese market.
“The experience of studying in CHEMBA really impressed me a lot. It didn’t only result from the brainstorming I experienced, but also the friendships I built with my classmates. I believe that many alumni would have a similar experience: missing the time of getting together with these classmates, and really looking forward to meeting more new friends in CHEMBA. As a CHEMBA student running back and forth between Minnesota and Guangzhou, I have deep feelings on CHEMBA, and I am so glad to be invited to hold a position in the new term of the Alumni Association. I hope that I serve the alumni, provide more opportunity to communicate and learn from each other, and get more alumni together to help promote CHEMBA!” Hu said.

美国邦纳工程国际有限公司大中华区董事总经理
胡勇是中国自动传感领域的先锋，曾在多家跨国企业担任市场经理和执行董事。2005年，胡勇加入美国邦纳工程国际有限公司，出任大中华区的董事总经理。他带领着他的团队在国内外取得巨大成功,在大中华区打响了“邦纳”这个名字。在过去五年里，邦纳的中国市场份额实现大幅增长。
以下是胡勇对于他在CHEMBA学习经历的感想：“在CHEMBA的学习的确让我收获提高了很多。我不仅获益于一次又一次的头脑风暴，还与同学们结下了深厚的友谊。我相信很多校友都有类似的经历：怀念当初跟同学们一起学习的日子，并期待着遇到更多的校友朋友。作为一个经常往返明州和广州的CHEMBA毕业生，我对CHEMBA有深厚的感情，我也很荣幸加入到明大校友会当中。我希望和其他成员一起，更好的服务于我们的校友会，为彼此提供更多地交流学习机会，向更多的人推广CHEMBA!”
