Director of Faculty Development, College of Education and Human Development
Lili Dong is the Director of Faculty Development at the College of Education and Human Development. In this role, she oversees various faculty initiatives, including the new faculty onboarding program, faculty leadership development, graduate advising workshops, as well as promotion and tenure.
Lili has previously worked for Georgetown University, the University of Minnesota, and the University of California, Berkeley on international program development and management. She also served as the Assistant Director of the China Center during 2009-2011. Lili holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development from the University of Minnesota's College of Education and Human Development, an M.S. in Learning and Instruction from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University.
