Ms. Ruilin Li is an attorney at Minneapolis’ Fredrikson & Byron P.A. licensed to practice in both the United States and China. Ms. Li focuses on business organization, governance, finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and the energy and life sciences sectors. Ms. Li earned her law degree in China and practiced law for five years in Tianjin, China before coming to the United States. She then obtained her JD degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and has practiced for 15 years in the United States. Ms. Li is a member of the Minneapolis Saint Paul Foreign Direct Investment Initiative Steering Committee and also served on the board of the US-China People Friendship Association of Minnesota.
