Fifteen members from China Aviation Industry General Aircraft (CAIGA) recently took part in the Mingda Institute’s “Technology Innovation in General Aircraft Industry Training Program” from March 30 to April 7, 2016. The delegation attended lectures given by University of Minnesota faculty on topics such as Leading Technological Innovation, Project Negotiation, and Corporate Entrepreneurship for Technological Leaders. Delegates also made professional visits to well-known international companies such as 3M. The delegation also visited the UMN Department of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics, local companies like Key Air and Twin Cities Aviation.
After finishing the program at the University of Minnesota, the delegation went to Duluth to visit Cirrus Aircraft to meet engineers and mechanics and exchange ideas about aircraft and industry vision.
