Amy Xu, graduated from Fudan University in 1990 with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering (B.S.E.E.) and then she received another B.S.E.E. and a master degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1991 and 1993. Then she went to William Mitchell College of Law and received a J.D. in 1997.
Xu is recognized as one of the distinguished and outstanding patent attorneys in the legal profession. She worked for Merchant & Gould from 1991 to 2001, and then she served as a senior associate, partner, and Of Counsel at Dorsey & Whitney since 2001. Now, Xu is working to support Alibaba Group’s international growth plans as chief patent counsel.

徐敏是明尼苏达州法律行业的杰出专利律师之一。她自1991年至2001年在Merchant & Gould 知识产权律师事务所任职，自2001年起她任职于Dorsey & Whitney律师事务所，后来担任该所高级顾问律师。目前，徐敏在阿里巴巴担任专利总顾问，支持阿里巴巴集团的国际发展。
