The China Center created the Distinguished Chinese Alumni Award to highlight and honor the outstanding accomplishments of the University's Chinese alumni. The award honors personal achievement, leadership, and success in reaching beyond professional and disciplinary boundaries.
The recipients are Chinese alumni and former Chinese visiting scholars who are citizens of a country in the greater China area (mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau) and/or a person of ethnic Chinese origin.
