Simon Wong received a bachelor's degree in psychology and studio arts from the University of Minnesota in 1974. He founded the Kampery Group in 1993 and has served as the chairman since then. He developed the company into a highly successful Hong Kong-based coffee, tea, wine, dairy, and organic products company. He serves as president of the Hong Kong Food Industry Association, president of the Hong Kong Association of Green Organic at Living, and vice president for the Hong Kong Brand Development Council, among other positions. As a social philanthropist, he chairs the Ye Hong Community Wellness Foundation and was appointed the Justice of the Peace by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong in 2008.
As president of the University of Minnesota Alumni Association-Hong Kong chapter, Wong serves as a liaison between the Carlson School's China Executive MBA Program and the Hong Kong business community. He is also a University of Minnesota Foundation Trustee and a champion of higher education.

黄家和，1974年获得明尼苏达大学心理学和艺术学士学位。他于1993年创立香港金百加集团并担任主席至今。该集团以“冲出香港好未来”为宗旨，经营咖啡、红茶、葡糖酒、有机产品等，业务涉及中国大陆和港澳台地区。作为一名具有创业精神的企业家，他担任香港餐饮行业协会会长、香港绿色有机生活协会主席、香港品牌发展局副主席等。他积极参与社会服务和慈善活动，赞助许多青年艺术活动，担任香港颐康基金会主席和香港公益金名誉副会长。他2008年被香港特首授予太平绅士称号。
黄家和先生是明尼苏达大学校友会香港分会会长，为明尼苏达大学卡尔森管理学院-中山大学岭南学院联合EMBA项目与香港商界的交流做出了重要贡献。他还担任明尼苏达大学基金会董事会理事。2009年黄家和被明尼苏达大学授予杰出成就奖章
